great vibe but room for pool improvements

I loved the cheerful atmosphere! The staff was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The laundry service exceeded my expectations. everything came back spotless. Plus, the pool area offered plenty of sunshine and gathered great energy. We enjoyed a lovely city view from our room, which added to our experience.

The queen room was super spacious and clean, and we absolutely loved the breakfast menu. Staff were super chill and always helpful. The pool area was nice, but sometimes hard to snag a lounge chair. Overall, a great spot for fams. It's close to good food options!

One improvement could be having more vegan choices at breakfast, as I struggled to find suitable options.

i stayed here for one night and the experience was fantastic. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. the airport shuttle was super convenient, making this one of my best experiences in san jose.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the tropical fruits. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were well maintained, providing a nice spot to relax. There were a couple of hiccups, though. Some chairs around the pool were in short supply, making it a bit cramped at times. The AC in my first room was loud initially, but the second room was quiet. Minor issues aside, this place offered a solid stay and I'll definitely book again next time I’m in San Jose.

My children wished there were cushions by the pool for comfort.
